The Jewish Federation’s newly opened senior housing community, Annabel Gardens, located in Willow Grove and named after Annabel F. Lindy, has been recognized as one of the “Best Real Estate Deals of 2022” in Senior Affordable Housing by the Philadelphia Business Journal.
Located on the former site of Twin Oaks Day Camp in Warrington, Lions Pride Park features Lindy Communities Kids Mountain and the Toll Brothers Grove, completed in 2020.

The Lindy Foundation’s goal with this program is to transform School District of Philadelphia schoolyards from barren asphalt lots into dynamic spaces for play, learning, and community life that fits the needs of each school community.
For out of state residents receiving cancer trial treatments in and near Willow Grove Montgomery County PA region we assist with short term housing opportunities that support patients of Jefferson Health Asplundh Cancer Center. Our short-term housing opportunity provides patients and their accompanying family members who need to travel over 35 miles to receive treatment a comfortable home away from home experience in a nature setting.

Lindy Communities donated one million dollars to the Philadelphia Collaborative for Health Equity to help address health inequity in Philadelphia.
As the founder of Salus University’s Looking Out for Kids (LOFK) vision care charity fundraiser, one of Dr. Susan Oleszewski’s primary roles was to ensure that there were enough resources every year to provide comprehensive vision care services and eyeglasses to disadvantaged children in the region.
This week, the Malcolm Jenkins Foundation announced that it will expand its existing partnership with Drexel University’s Expressive and Creative Interaction Technologies (ExCITe) Center and Lindy Center for Civic Engagement.
Lions Pride Park is nearing its Phase 1 fundraising goal of $2 million with the help of Lindy Communities Property Management Company, which has pledged to match all new donations through Dec. 31, 2019, up to $100,000.

Drexel University President John A. Fry announced today that philanthropist Philip B. Lindy will receive the 2012 Joseph Jacovini Outstanding Service Award, the highest honor that the University bestows upon non-alumni in recognition of their service.
